JB Coaching

Goal and process of my coaching sessions
In my coaching it is always about the person the so-called coachee and it is irrelevant what kind of coaching it is, for example:
- Career
- Life questions
- Planning for the future
- Social skills
The point is to bring out one's own thoughts and ideas. I like to support the coachee to steer all his/her thoughts into an orderly orbit to get a better and clearer understanding - to get a picture of his situation/"problem", so to speak - taking into account his/her whole environment (different private and/or professional systems).
Which means that the coachee can no longer recognize the essence of something because of too many details. I enable the coachee to focus on the so-called "big picture" and to concretely put the next steps into action.
In addition to the so-called individual coaching (1:1) I also offer team coaching in the area of team
finding and development.
In addition, I also offer "Agile Coaching" for companies.
Coaching procedure
As a rule, a coaching session begins with a free introductory meeting (approximately 20 min).
Depending on the main topic, the individual coaching sessions then begin (60-90 min/session).
In the sessions, the individual phases of coaching are run through. durchlaufen.
The Phases of coaching
- Relationship building
- Clarification of goals with subsequent analysis and diagnosis
- Solution/Change options
- Action plan and transfer
- Conclusion
The mental bond between coachee and coach becomes stronger from phase to phase.
In the sessions, the individual phases of coaching are run through (see diagram).

Why did I become a coach?
In my professional career so far, I have always had a lot to do with people, or rather, they have always been and still are the focus of my activities.
Supporting people in their search for undiscovered abilities and talents gives me joy and inspires me. To offer this professionally, I discovered Systemic Coaching for myself. I enjoy this work very much because I have already been able to support many people in taking a new path.

Experience report

I would like to take this opportunity to thank my coachees for the trust they have placed in me! The following feedbacks are anonymous. Discretion is important for my coachees and for me a matter of course.
Dear Jan,
Your coaching always shows me new perspectives and ways. Even in my extra-occupational studies, your useful inputs bring me further and I learn to focus on the essentials. Especially in the demanding exam phase your coaching helped me to find my motivation for learning again and to master the exams successfully.
Thank you very much for your valuable support!
I am very much looking forward to the next coaching session. Jan, you are a great coach!
